The documents you attach may contain data about you or other people (for example, certificates or records). They are only used to prepare the quote and, if you go ahead, for the translation. Please send only the documents that are needed.
How long data is kept
- Quote requests that do not go ahead: up to 12 months after the last contact, so that questions or a new request can be answered.
- Services provided: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as legal obligations require (for example, tax and accounting).
- Reviews: while they are published or until you ask for them to be removed. Reviews that are not approved are deleted.
Who else has access to the data
Data is not passed on to third parties unless required by law. These providers are used to run the website and process data only on the controller's behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, protection against attacks and spam (Turnstile) and visit statistics (Web Analytics).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): sending the forms by email, from servers in the European Union (Ireland).
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where requests are received.
- Contentful GmbH: storage of reviews and blog posts.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. International data transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time, by writing to sergiu@buseganconnect.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Minors
The services are not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian must make the request for you.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), and reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect it against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
